Recognizing Excellence: Funds the intensive application review process, recognition materials, and outreach for the annual National Merit Awards, which validates the quality of your programs and drives community support. Dues also support additional awards, like Magnet Mania, our Student Poster Contest, and our Teacher of the Year and Principal of the Year. |

Professional Development, Collaboration, & Networking: Supports the development and delivery of high-quality training webinars, virtual conferences, and resources tailored to magnet school leaders and educators, and maintains the exclusive online platform, resource libraries, and discussion forums that allow members to share best practices, seek advice, and collaborate instantly. |

Communications: Publications like the Magnet Minute and Distinct by Design provide members with valuable insights, best practices, and updates on innovative magnet school programs to support professional growth and student success. |
