Email Safelist Information

If you’re experiencing issues receiving MSA emails or viewing their content, share the information provided here with your IT department or email administrator so they can safelist the appropriate Constant Contact domains and IP addresses.

Many organizations use email security tools, such as Microsoft 365 or Microsoft Defender, to protect against spam and malicious content. Sometimes these tools mistakenly block legitimate emails or prevent images and links from displaying correctly.

If you’re having trouble receiving MSA emails or viewing their content, please ask your IT department or email administrator to add the following domains and IP addresses to your organization’s safelist (also called an allowlist or whitelist). This tells your email security system that messages sent through these systems are safe to deliver and display properly.
