Ashley Rubenstein has been with Magnet Schools of America since 2016 and serves as the Director of Membership Initiatives. Ashley’s role is to drive membership growth, enhance member value/engagement, and manage NIMSL professional development, Certification, and MSA Awards programs. After earning her Bachelor’s degree in accounting at the University of Nevada Las Vegas, Ashley worked in the field as well as became a mother to two children. This is when she became intrigued with choice schools. She is a strong advocate for the valuable opportunities choice schools offer – including exposure to different cultures/backgrounds and themed-based curriculum that keep students deeply engaged.
Born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, she continues to reside there with a family of four of her own. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and supporting her two teenagers with their golf and tennis lives.
